🔄 Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if they are received damaged, defective, incorrect, or expired.

📦 Conditions for Returns

  • Product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Product must include all labels, seals, and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.
  • Personal care items that have been opened.
  • Products purchased during special clearance sales unless damaged.

💰 Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

🚚 Return Shipping

If the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, Guddiz may cover the return shipping cost. For other eligible returns, shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer.

⚠ Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the product and packaging for review.
