1. What is the minimum order amount?

We do not deliver orders below PKR 2,000. Please ensure your cart meets this minimum before checkout.

2. How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes 2–3 business days for major cities and 4–7 business days for other areas across Pakistan.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS.

4. Are your products authentic?

Yes! All Guddiz products are 100% authentic. We source directly from trusted suppliers and brands.

5. Can I return a product?

Yes, unused and unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Please see our Returns & Refunds page for details.
